Responsibilities:
- Provide a wide range of hair cutting and styles.
No Chemical or Color services.
- Assist with front desk duties such as checking Clients in / out, retail sales, and handling customer inquiries
- Utilize retail math skills to recommend and sell beauty products to clients
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance the client's experience
- Mentor junior cosmetologists and provide guidance on techniques and best practices
Experience:
- Valid cosmetology license in the state of Washington
- Proven experience - Proficiency in retail sales and upselling techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Team player
