Pharmacy Technician - Customer Service & Data-Entry

Pharmacy technicians in our company fulfill many roles including: * Customer Service * Medication Order Entry * Answering phones * Shipping Department * Compounding * Physician engagement and relationship with the pharmacy This Pharmacy Technician role will focus on Customer Service and Order Entry.
*Responsibilities for Pharmacy Technician:* * Manage communication with patients and providers using the telephone, texting software, and email.
* Medication Order entry.
* Communicating medication information * Pulls medications for assistants to fill orders * Label and record dosage information * Monitor storage and inventory of medications and supplies * Answer telephones, responding to questions or requests * Process/prepare prescriptions for pick up or mail *Qualifications for Pharmacy Technician:* * 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills * typing 50 words per minute * Customer Service Experience * Friendly in person and on the phone * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong attention to detail * Strong organizational skills * Excellent Team Work and Love to work with others * WA State Technician License in Good Standing Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.
