We are a Short Term Rental Business that strives to give our guests a unique experience with their stay.
We provide unique well curated spaces that give our guests just as much of an experience in their lodging as the surounding area.
Our work environment includes: Mostly independent work time cleaning one or more of our 16 units, once in awhile it does require team work if there is a busy day.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team.
As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various settings, including residential homes, small motel and cabins.
The ideal candidate will have experience in floor care, carpet cleaning, decorating, detail cleaning and general housekeeping management.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning
- Adhere to safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment as required
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
Experience:
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods and equipment
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, and carpet cleaners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
