Dewalt 12V. Battery Drill & Driver Kit - $45 (Near the Hood Canal Bridge)

2 Dewalt 12V.
battery tools.
A 3/8" drill, model DCD710 & an impact driver, model DCF815.
Includes a charger and 2 batteries.
One battery is newer and works fine.
The other isn't taking a charge.
Don't know the problem but I've been told they can be repaired.
