The detent ball to retain the socket has gone missing, so you have to hold onto the socket as you move from torquing one fastener to the next fastener.
It seems to be accurate, but I've never tested its accuracy.
Any Snap-On, Cornwell, etc tool truck has a torque wrench tester available, and I'm sure the tool truck owner will not mind if you ask to test the wrench if he/she is already parked at a shop selling tools to the business.
