Hi--I am a semi retired contractor looking for 1-2 persons to share either a house or apartment.
I am fitness / heathly lifestyle oriented person and seek similiar.
Also seeking persons who do NOT have fanatical religious, political or social belief systems.
Ideally you should be between 40 and 70 years old.
Naturally you should have decent or no credit and be able to pass a Criminal Background check.
I have an awesome mature dog.
I like to keep the living areas clean.
