Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with borrowers, realtors, and other referral sources.
* Evaluate loan applications and documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
* Analyze borrower's financial and credit information to determine eligibility for different loan products.
* Negotiate loan terms and conditions with borrowers.
* Manage the loan process from application to closing.
Requirements:
* Active NMLS license.
