*Position Summary*
The Certified Nursing Assistant – Home Health Aide is specifically trained, competent and performs assigned functions of personal care to the patient in their residence under the direction, instruction, and supervision of the registered nurse (RN).
*Candidate Profile*
* Must currently hold CNA license through the Washington State Board of Nursing.
* A minimum of six (6) months CNA experience in Home Health, Long-Term Care or Hospice required.
* Current CPR Certification required.
* Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
* Wellsky/Kinnser experience preferred.
* Valid driver's license with proof of insurance in accordance with state requirements.
100% travel required.
