About the Role: As a CNA, you will play a vital role in our healthcare team, providing direct patient care and support services to our clients in their home, You will work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities: Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and ambulation.
Monitor vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) and report any changes to the nurse.
Assist with maintaining a clean and safe patient environment.
Collect patient specimens and perform basic hygiene care.
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Document patient care in accordance with facility guidelines.
Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
Qualifications: Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing with the state of Washington.
Strong compassion and a genuine desire to help others.
CPR/Food worker card and reliable transportation (is a plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting, transferring, and assisting patients.
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
