Clinical Coordinator
Key Role:
Manage consulting engagements and technology-based Information Technology (IT) solution projects for clients.
Apply basic principles, theories, concepts, and industry knowledge.
Solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity.
Refer more complex issues to higher levels.
Work under direct supervision.
Support the administration and coordination of the PASTOR tool with the client's Clinical Assessment Management Portal (CAMP) application to collect pain clinic patient information and improve continuity of care.
Assist in registering patients, ordering surveys, instructing patients on survey operations, and uploading medical reports into electronic health records.
Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in customer interactions and support 1+ years of experience with supporting a clinical environment Knowledge of mobile device application usage and support Ability to guide users through the application functions, providing basic troubleshooting support as needed Ability to effectively communicate to patients, clinicians, and the development team to ensure effective understanding and use of the system is achieved Ability to use a ticket tracking tool to document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution, and capture feedback and notes Ability to obtain a security clearance HS diploma or GED and 6+ years of experience in IT Services or Clinical Services, Associate’s degree and 4+ years of experience in IT Services or Clinical Services, or Bachelor's degree Additional Qualifications: 1+ years of experience with providing IT troubleshooting support Experience with customer service with varying age groups Experience working in a DoD medical clinic environment Knowledge of how the precedence of survey questions function in a survey tool Ability to use service desk software to maintain a database tracking all customer service-related telephone calls and messages Ability to generate ad hoc reports from various sources Possession of excellent organizational skills to track and maintain metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis Secret clearance Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $45,400.
00 to $93,000.
00 (annualized USD).
