Bay Vista Commons is currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA / NAC) or Registered Nursing Assistants to join our team in our Assisting Living and Memory Care campus located in Bremerton.

depending on related experience as determined by Supervisor and HR
Overview of Responsibilities
Provide direct care to residents in our assisted living facility and memory care
Assist residents with activities of daily living, which may include assistance with personal care, bathing, toileting, dressing, and assistance with mobility, positioning and transfers.
Obtain and record vital signs, meal/nourishment intake of residents, and record/communicate information as appropriate.
Engaging with seniors, our visitors and the Martha & Mary team in a kind, positive and supportive manner, like family.

Paid Time Off (PTO) is accrued at varying rates depending on length of employment.
Accrual rates begin at 5.
