As an RN/LPN Weekend - Baylor, you will have the ability to work on your education during the week while caring for our residents on the weekends, plus EARN amazing pay bonuses if you commit to doing this on a weekly basis.
Work 24 hours over the weekend, get paid for 30 hours.
Work 32 hours, get paid for 40 hours.
We offer same day pay through Tapcheck, for a small fee.

What you will do:
Plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with current company, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations
Ensure assigned residents receive their medication and treatments as ordered in the respective care plans
Act as a leader to support a team of LPN's and CNA's
Completion of all assigned assessments as ordered by RCM and DON
Must have:
Current and unencumbered license to practice as an LPN or RN in the state (NEW GRADS WELCOME!)
Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
Ability to speak, understand, read, and write in English proficiently

Compensation for roles at Bridgeview Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience.
As required by state and local law, Bridgeview Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Bridgeview Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
Pay Range: $36-42 (LPN) $41-46 (RN) per hour Depending on Experience
