Position Overview:
The Primary purpose of the Maintenance Technician III is to ensure their respective community within Bainbridge Senior Living is in good repair and the grounds are kept tidy.
The Maintenance Technician III is to work as a team with maintenance crew on priority projects and create a safe, comfortable living environment for all residents and safe working environment for staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Resident Engagement: Provide residents with a safe and comfortable living environment by completing all required maintenance items
Team Player: Communicate effectively with co-workers to ensure top level service is provided while working together to problem solve
Community Relations: Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and the broader community to create a supportive and inclusive living environment.
Quality of Service: Ensure highest quality of service is provided to residents while meeting their environmental needs.
Organizational Support and Professionalism: Follows all policies and procedures while supporting the organization’s goals and values and remaining professional at all times.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (G.
E.
D) required.
At least five (5) years building maintenance experience or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
A valid WA State driver’s license with five (5) years of clean driving history.
A Master Craft of trades related to building maintenance and repair, variety of machinery, equipment, and tools necessary for the maintenance and repair of community, occupational hazards and safety precautions.
HVAC Technician.
Abilities:
Proficient at reading, writing, and communicating in English
Ability to occasionally lift, pull, or push up to 50 lbs.
Able to push, pull and/or walk up to 80% of the work-day
