JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the accuracy and efficiency of the day-to-day operations of Olympic Medical Physicians clinic/center functions (for assigned clinic/center/location) including registration, medical records, AR charge entry, AP processing, physician and patient scheduling, incoming/outgoing mail and other office functions as required.
Supervises the clinic/center staff, leads staff meetings and participates in performance reviews, human resources counseling and disciplinary actions, and in Provider meetings with management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
• Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration or 5 years’ associated work experience preferred.
Experience
• Three years’ experience in a health care clinic setting preferred.
One year medical coding and billing experience preferred.
Licensure/Credentials
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Extended Illness Bank
Accrues based on hours worked, equivalent to 4 days per year for a full -time employee (pro-rated for part-time).
Maximum of 480 hours allowed in bank.
Accrued time may be used to cover illnesses beginning the 4th scheduled consecutive day of work missed due to illness.
