JOB SUMMARY:
Works with and supports OMP and OMC Administration to coordinate cost-effective and efficient recruitment of all Olympic Medical Physicians employed providers.
Works closely with the OMP Chief Physician Officer, OMP Clinical Directors, and OMP Clinic Managers to identify provider recruitment needs.
Recruitment activities to include both permanent employed providers and management of locums tenens recruitment and placements.
The OMP Provider Recruitment Coordinator will coordinate site visit interviews for permanent provider candidates, including processing of reimbursements and expenses associated with the recruitment.
The OMP Provider Recruitment Coordinator will act as a liaison between the organization and contracted recruitment agencies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience
• Minimum of three (3) years health care recruitment experience, preferably with provider level experience, preferred.

Accrues based on hours worked, equivalent to 4 days per year for a full-time employee (pro-rated for part-time).
Maximum of 480 hours allowed in bank.
Accrued time may be used to cover illnesses beginning the 4th scheduled consecutive day of work missed due to illness.
