Duties Include:
• Provide professional quality services for salon guests.
• Incorporates retail sales into services.
• Commits to the various Aveda rituals provided to guests.
• Maintains knowledge of products.
• Participates in regularly scheduled salon meetings, cross-training opportunities, and Advanced Trainings
• Other duties as assigned and/or required.
Responsibilities:
• Build a strong, professional rapport with guests & develop a sustainable career at Seaport.
• Reports to salon owner and/or management team.
• Interacts with guests, team members and management with the utmost professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
Minimum Requirements:
• Washington State Cosmetology License, you do not need to be AVEDA trained.
• Passion and Excitement to start a career with us.
• Excellent client service, communication, and organization skills.
• Self-motivated.

Compensation Includes:
• Guaranteed hourly $18-$100 per hour depending on commissions received Plus tips.
• Retail Commission 10-20% based on sales.
