*Duties Include:*
* Provide professional massage/body treatment services for salon guests.
* Commits to the various Aveda rituals provided to guests.
* Maintains extensive knowledge of Aveda products.
* Participates in regularly scheduled salon meetings, cross-training opportunities & Aveda Advanced Trainings
* Provide excellent customer care for all guests
· Thorough consultations for every guest to determine best results
· Develop professional client relationship to retain business
· Provide professional product and service recommendations
· Be floor ready, able to complete all services licensed to perform
*Responsibilities:*
* Build a strong, professional experience with guests
* Reports to salon owner and/or management team.
* Interacts with guests, team members and management with the utmost professionalism, ethics and confidentiality.
*Minimum Requirements:*
* Graduate of an accredited Massage program, and currently licensed in the state of Washington, for Massage Therapist.
* Passion and Excitement to start a career with us at Seaport Salon.
* Excellent client service, communication and organization skills.
* Self-motivated.
* Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and some minor holidays.
* Flexibility to be cross-trained in other Spa functions/services as assigned.
* Established clientele a big plus!
