We are seeking Dialysis Technicians to join our patient care team providing Care, Compassion, and Community to people living with kidney disease.
Dialysis Technicians at Puget Sound Kidney Centers (PSKC) are responsible for assessing and monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment, collaborating with the patient's care team and caregivers to ensure patient safety and effective treatment.

Our experienced clinical education team works with each student to ensure you have the support and tools you need to develop you skills and competency.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Current CPR with BLS certification with American Heart Association required.
Previous experience as a dialysis technician is preferred, but not required.
*Experienced dialysis technicians must have/be able to obtain a Washington State Medical Assistant-Hemodialysis Technician certification (MA-HT).
Location and Hours
Training takes place Monday-Friday at our dialysis clinic in Bremerton.
Training days may start as early as 3:45 am.
After completion of training, you will be scheduled to work at your primary clinic location.
You may be required to work at a secondary clinic as needed.
Applicants need to be able to work any 3 or 4 days per week (Monday through Saturday) for a 10 to 13 hour shifts.
Morning shifts can start as early as 3:45 am, and evening shifts can end as late as 12:00am.
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly pay range for this position is $20.
55 - $32.
72 per hour.
Candidates who have not already obtained state or national certification as a Dialysis Technician start at $20.
55/hour and move up to $20.
96/hour after successfully completing their training and orientation period.
Wage offers are determined based on multiple factors including previous experience in the same or similar role.
