We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide project and clerical support for multiple departments and programs at Puget Sound Kidney Centers (PSKC).
Essential functions include but not limited to complete admission paperwork for new patients, patient discharge paperwork and process, internal statistical reports, and provide backup to the Administrative Assistant.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent, required.
Associate Degree or higher, preferred.
Minimum of one year experience working in medical office setting, required.
Two years of experience working in medical office setting, preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office software suite, required.

Location & Hours
This is a hourly regular, full-time (40 hours per week) position.
Typical work hours are Monday-Friday covering core business hours.
Primary work location is at PSKC's dialysis clinic in Poulsbo.
Ability to work at other PSKC clinics as needed is required.
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly pay range for this position is $17.
85 - $29.
87 per hour.
Wage offers are determined based on multiple factors including previous experience in the same or similar role.
