Transportation Coordinator

Wage: Starting at $25/hour
Location: Avamere Olympic Rehab - 1000 S 5th Avenue Sequim, WA 98382
The primary responsibility of this position is the coordinating of transportation for referrals and doctors appointments.

Responsibilities:
This role works alongside our care team in transporting our new patients to our facility from local hospital settings.
Maintain accurate, up to date records on trip sheets, fuel purchases, incident and accident reports, and vehicle condition reports.
Being available as a chaperone with patients during transportation as needed.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Be a licensed certified nursing assistant in this state
Must present a professional appearance and reputation to represent Avamere and this facility.
Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
