General Manager

We have the oldest restaurant on Bainbridge Island and are expanding to Kingston with our new restaurant Sourdough Willy’s.
We are looking for self-motivated managers that can take advantage of our competitive bonus structure for the benefit of the restaurant and themselves.
* Requirements: 35-40 hours per week to include evenings and weekends At least 3 years Food Service Management Experience A working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word A Food Worker Card An Alcohol Server Permit The ability to work in a fast-paced environment The ability to coach, train and motivate employees The ability to manage a superior level of customer care * Benefits: Pay is $18-$25 DOE with potential for bonus’ All the Pizza you can eat After one year: One week Paid Vacation Annual paid trips to Las Vegas to the International Pizza Expo Use of vacation condo in Leavenworth WA * Responsibilities: Maintaining Quality Control of our food Keeping the store consistently clean and presentable * General Management: Meeting Labor “percentage” goals Closing store/Nightly paperwork Maintaining a Positive Work Environment Ensuring employees follow Company Policies Handling large orders and school orders Maintaining positive Customer Relations * Staff Management: Scheduling Training Motivating Facilitating Communications:(Daily Shift Meetings, Weekly Management Meetings, Monthly Staff Meetings) Holding employees accountable for Daily/Weekly Side Work by continuous monitoring Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.
