The Logistics Lead is solely responsible for receiving/stock management and shares responsibility for the shipping function with another staffer.

*Responsibilities - Receiving and stock handling* * Receiving: Following procedures to process inbound shipments.
* Package and label task management: Many products need packaging and/or labeling and some are assembled into kits.
You are responsible to prepare and supervise these tasks, which are completed by our Packaging Specialist.
* Restocking products: Putting away newly received or newly packaged stock in the appropriate bins and organizing reserve stock.
(Logistics Specialist assists with this.
) * Stocktakes: Reconciling inventory of revenue stock and monitoring packaging supply inventory at specified intervals.

) * Organization: You are the official neat freak of the business.
Every bin needs to be labeled and in its numbered spot.
*Responsibilities - Shipping* * Batch-process, print, prep, pick & pack orders * Batch accuracy verification and videos * End of day reconciliation routines and paperwork * End of day restocking * Pickup management * Monitoring of outbound shipments * Filing loss claims with shipping companies as needed *Physical requirements* * Product picking: lifting items >1oz to 4lbs from ground level; lifting blue totes with picked product as heavy as 16 lbs from hip and ground level; bending to reach items on bottom shelf and reaching for items above head.
* Order packing: Packing orders and operating tape gun on 36” high tables; carrying packed orders downstairs individually or in trays (1-25lbs) and bags (>30 lbs) * Stocking: Opening and lifting product cases up to 40 lbs from ground level and stocking shelves; bending to reach items on bottom shelf and reaching for items above head.
* Stocktakes: Bending to reach items on bottom shelf and reaching for items above head.
* Receiving: Includes lifting a few boxes from ground level and carrying up stairs to repetitive lifting and hauling cased product weighing up to 40 lbs up stairs.
* This position requires being on your feet (standing, walking, and climbing stairs) for a majority of your shift.
*Hours (40 weekly)* Monday: 7am-4pm Tuesday-Thursday: 730am-4pm Friday: 8am-4pm You will coordinate with the team for coverage during holidays or other high order volume times.
You occasionally need to work on a Monday holiday.
*Compensation* Pay scale $22.
