```Duties```
- Oversee all aspects of Restaurant/Bar operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Train and supervise Wait Staff/Bar staff, Food Expediters, and Bussers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Restaurant/ Bar area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food and beverage service.
- Conduct monthly beverage inventory
- Composes weekly bar/waitstaff, busser, and food expediter schedules
```Experience```
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the food industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of food production, food handling, and food service standards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with interviewing, hiring, and training Wait/Bar staff.
- Proficiency in shift management, including creating schedules and managing labor costs.
- Familiarity with Toast POS system is preferred but not required.
