Ballard Design Silvia Settee Sofa - $450 (Silverdale)

This is the beautiful Silvia Settee by Ballard Designs.
It is from when they first started making them, so is a very high quality cushion that has not seen much use, and in the longer 65" version.
We re-arranged our living room for more seating shortly after purchase, and then didn't have room for it in our small living room.
Since then it has been in the guest room, unused.
It is in excellent condition.
Listed currently for $1599 on sale on their website.
Asking $450.
Wish it still worked for us, but our daughter took her room back and doesn't want it in there.
