Young, Tender Christmas Goose - $15 (Poulsbo)

Succulent Young French Goose for Christmas.
These birds are hatched on my farm, hand raised, and live an excellent, happy free-ranging life for a few months until now.
I have a few young geese ready for your holiday table.
Price is 15/lb, usually around 10 lb after dressing out.
I will include a jar of "goose magic" which is rendered goose fat that is absolutely the best fat to cook your potatoes in.
Ask any chef; goose fat is the best! The meat is lean and red with a thick layer of fat on top like a brisket.
I loved the first goose dish I had so much I started raising my own to eat!
