2 year old quarter filly

I have a 2 year old quarter filly.
Not registered.
I got her about a year ago.
She was skinny and not cared for properly.
She is halter trained had some ground work started In a round pen.
She isn't afraid of much, I put tarp down in the round pen, she goes over it with no trouble.
She's been wrapped up in a tarp, she is learning to flex left and right.
After about 3 tries, she knew what I wanted her to do.
Had to stop her training when the rain months started, her pen gets very muddy so can't start back up till spring.
I don't have as much time I thought I was going to have.
She loves attention, she gets lonely, she does need a buddy.
She is a quick learner, but she is playful, sometimes forgets your not a horse.
So if kids are around I would watch her around them.
Not mean but just wants to play.
I want her to go with someone who has time, and horse experience.
Who understands youngsters.
So to good home only.
And if she doesn't work out, she comes back to me.
I don't want her going to home to home or end up in an auction.
