Young peacock India blue free range - $100 (Bainbridge island)

Peacock born summer 2022, India blue.
Free ranging his whole life, they sleep way up in the fir trees at night.
I throw some grains, corn or layer pellets on the ground for them occasionally and provide water, they are easy to care for and can forage quite well, mine eat a lot of grass and other plants and bugs.
If you plan on free ranging you should have or very soon get at least 2 hens so he can establish his territory and flock.
Otherwise he will run off looking for a mate eventually.
The peacock with full tail in the pics is his father, peacocks don't get a full tail until they are 3 yrs old.
