We are looking for professional Site Coordinators to join our fantastic team! In this position, we need team members who are committed to providing quality care, as well as a safe learning environment for children.

25/hr.
up to $23.
48 depending on related experience as determined by Supervisor and HR Site Coordinator positions are available working with school-age children ages 5-12 years.
You are responsible for leading the site team, curriculum implementation, classroom management and active supervision of the children in your care.

The following benefits/compensation are offered at Martha & Mary.
Paid Time Off (PTO) is accrued at varying rates depending on length of employment.
Accrual rates begin at 5.
32 hours per month based on a 40-hour workweek.
These accruals include the required sick leave per Washington State’s Paid Sick Leave Law 40% discount on child care services while working Comprehensive benefit package after 60 days to include medical, dental, vision and life insurance options.

Benefit offerings are based on employment status.
Salary ranges, benefits and other compensation are subject to change.
Applicants must meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements.
At least 21 years of age with High School Diploma or GED.
Two years management experience in a related field.
Pass required state background checks.
Completed 30 college credits in approved school-age classes or 20 college credits and 100 clock hours of related community training.
