This trailer is in great condition, it has been well-maintained.

This is the perfect weekender/camping rig or perfect for single person year-round living, which is what it was for me.
I run a business from home which explains the standing desk you see in the pictures.
The keyboard pictured is NOT for sale and will be moved out before the sale.
There is a spot on the awning that will need repaired but overall the awning is in great shape.
It does need to be cleaned but I wait until late spring to tackle that.
The three main windows all have roller shades on them that work very smoothly and provide good privacy.
