1978 toyota corolla woody wagon - $3,700 (Port Angeles)

Own a little piece of history! This sweet little gem is up for sale.
Original plates - set up as a collector’s vehicle, so you get to keep them (& don’t ever have to renew your tabs).
Starts first try and runs beautifully.
Fun little car to zip around in.
This thing turns heads everywhere you go.
I’ve road tripped in it as far as Big Sur, with no problems.
Original interior - front seats are worn, cover is missing to the dash compartment, crack in the dash material.
Very low rust, which is wild considering it’s age.
Don’t know the miles, as the odometer turns over at every 100 - it currently reads 69,415.
Previous owner rebuilt the 2TC engine.
I’ve owned the car for 6 years now.
Main defect: I messed up the hinge that operates the trunk.
It was giving resistance last winter and I put too much pressure on it and I bent it out of shape (not realizing it had seized).
Sucky mistake.
I have not put energy into investigating the fix - whether that’s having someone work it back to its proper shape, finding a replacement at a pick & pull, or having a similar piece installed in its place.
Anyways, for the time being, I unbolted it from the ceiling so I could get the trunk hatch to seat properly.
No trades.
I am downsizing.
