FORD Truck Engine Camshaft with Tappets (Poulsbo)

Hello, I have a brand new NOS OEM engine camshaft with tappets for a FORD truck.
My friend told me that her dad got it for his truck that he owned back in the 1960's.
He had a F150.
The item numbers on the box are C3TZ 6250-F and KC3TE 6250-F.
It shows a little rust in some places so it would have to be cleaned.
It never was installed.
I took it out of the box so I could take photos of it.
I apologize for the dark photos.
The box is dirty.
The camshaft has passenger car applications also: 1954-61 Ford, 1959-60 Edsel, 1961 Mercury, 1963 Ford as well as 1954-63 Truck.
